Allows Plug to be relocated up to 3 ft from winch, good for winches mounted in bumpers. 

Note:  20149B is a 4-Prong plug and it is compatible with the older version 3-prong.  However, you will need to replace the 3-prong controller to the newer 20144B 4-prong controller.
